How To Create ‘Guided Meditation’ Videos For YouTube With AI Tools – YouTube
(00:00) in today’s video you’re going to learn how to create guided meditation videos for youtube with ai tools so you’ve probably seen these types of videos all over youtube before so it’s videos like 10-minute meditation for focus or 10-minute meditation to fall asleep and this is a good example of a channel here it’s called great meditation and they have over 500 000 subscribers so there’s plenty of other channels just like this and they create these simple videos that are like five to ten minutes long
(00:31) and it’s just a normal calming guiding voice that tells you what to do things like sit up and focus on your breath and they tell you what to think about and things like that and i myself use these types of videos every morning to meditate sometimes i used to use it in the afternoon and these are the types of videos that actually got me into meditation and showed me the benefits of meditation so a lot of people all over the world are meditating now because of these types of videos and i’m going to show you how to create these types of
(01:01) videos using ai tools so these are going to be good high quality videos not some kind of gimmicky videos just to get some views um and to just to you know clickbaity types of videos these are actually good high quality videos that people will actually benefit from so first we’re gonna write a step-by-step script uh that will tell people how to meditate even if you don’t know how to meditate we’re gonna use other people’s guides and we’re going to rewrite it into our own script then we’re going to create a calming
(01:31) guiding voice so this is a calm guiding voice that will tell people what to do so things like sit up straight that will tell you what to think about how to focus on your breath and all types of things then we’re going to add some calming music in the background then we’re going to put it all together into a video all using ai tools so you don’t need any fancy filming equipments or editing editing software we just need these simple ai tools that will do it all for us but you just need to guide it
(01:59) in order to create a good high quality video so later on in another video and this won’t be in this video but in another video i’ll show you guys how to create a subscription-based meditation software so this is a software called calm and they have an app and they also have a web app as well so basically you have to subscribe in order to get all of these different types of guided meditations so things like how to stay calm have seven days off calm and things like that so some of them are free and some of them you have
(02:33) to pay a monthly subscription and every month they get a new type of guidance so things to fall asleep or things to all types of other things so the only thing i’ll tell you guys is don’t try to be an expert when you’re not an expert so if you’re not an expert in learning telling people how to sleep then don’t make a video on how to sleep you could just make a video on calming video to help you fall asleep but not something scientific or something like that so that’s the only thing you shouldn’t do

(05:12) but uh simply just find a video that’s getting a lot of views within the past few months so i’ll go into the filters tab right here click on this month this or videos that have been uploaded this month and then also go back into the filters and click on view count so it shows me the highest viewed videos within the past uh month so you can see this video right here 137 000 views 143 000 views and i found this video here called daily calm 10 10 minute mindful meditation be present so what i want to do is i’m not i’m going

(06:22) and i go to this website called rev.com that’s rev.com so i’ve talked about this website plenty of times before it’s a great website to extract the script from any youtube video so just make a an account there it’s free to make a make an account and once you make an account this is what your dashboard will look like so this is rev.
(06:45) com account slash files then up here go up to place new order and click on automated transcription so you need to click on automated transcription not transcription so click on that so the reason why we pick automated transcription is because this is an ai that will actually write the script for you so that’s actually a lot cheaper compared to a real person so real person will usually cost you like 20 dollars to actually write the script off a video so they’ll simply just copy the script off the video but this ai will cost you a
(07:19) fraction of that so let me just go in here right here click on paste url and click on add and it will show you what the prices are right here so it’s only going to cost me 2.75 to actually get the script so this part is actually optional you don’t actually have to extract the script but i usually do this just to save some time so this is a really cheap so that’s why i do it and also it gives me a nice um looking script just like this so i’ve already done the script right here so i’m not going to order it but once you
(07:50) click on checkout you just pay through paypal or through your credit card and then it will start it will just give you the script within about 10 to 20 minutes so right here this is the script that it gave me so if i hit play so it says right here welcome to daily calm and if i press forward so you can see the script is not even that long whatever is happening in this area so it says feeling whatever is happening in this area and you can see it just highlights the parts that it’s talking about so if i click right here if i say
(08:26) now scan your legs then it’s going to go scan your legs and it’s just going to start from there so it’s just a nice structured script and it tells you exactly what they’re saying um and in which part of the video they’re saying it in so we’ve got the script now now we can’t just copy and paste the script exactly as it is we have to rewrite this into our own words and also add our own content into this script so we’re going to copy this first paragraph right here and i’m going to go
(08:55) into writer so writer is another tool that i’ve talked about plenty of times on this video i’ll leave a link to write it in the description below it’s the best ai writing assistant tool for rewriting scripts or writing video scripts or blog posts or anything that you want so right here i’m gonna click on start writing and i’m gonna click on new document and i’ll just call this guided meditation and click on create then i’m going to paste in that script so i’m going to get rid of this
(09:29) and so this looks good so what i’ll do is i’ll just hit these in like into a new paragraph so i’m going to just break these up into new paragraphs it doesn’t have to be structured so the reason why i’m doing that is because we want to rewrite this into a new script and we can only highlight 300 characters at a time to rephrase you can see right here if i highlight over 300 characters so i’ve highlighted 400 characters here it’s not letting me letting me click on any of these options right here so you have to
(09:59) highlight 300 characters at a time so now i’ve got 273 so i’m going to click on rephrase so it’s going to rephrase that that first sentence and then it’s going to rephrase this right here so it says close your eyes so that’s not a sentence that’s finished so i’m going to head back right here and i’m going to rephrase that again so let me click on rephrase so it just didn’t finish that sentence so sometimes it comes up with an error let me just click on rephrase again so there we go so now that’s much better
(10:33) so it says welcome to this moment of calm let’s start start by finding a comfortable position and make sure you compare it to the previous uh script so it says welcome to the daily calm so instead of welcome to this yeah so that’s actually a pretty good rewording right there so welcome to this moment of calm so instead of daily calm it’s moment of calm now you can lean back in your chair with your feet on the ground sit up straight and let’s compare it there so where is it yeah so it’s talking about uh
(11:05) the toes straight back let your arms rest gently blah blah so i’m not going to go through that entire script but basically you have to compare to the previous grip make sure it’s not exactly as as the previous script you have to rewrite it into your own original content so i’m going to oops i clicked on paragraph i was going to click on rephrase so if you click on paragraph it’s going to write a paragraph about the thing that you wrote about so i’m going to click on rephrase for this one as well
(11:31) so that’s too many uh characters so let me phrase this first two sentence or three sentences right here that looks good and let’s also rephrase this last part right here as well so once we’ve kind of rephrased the script so let me just hit back all the way here we need to check for plagiarism so with plagiarism you can actually highlight a bit more words and you can check for plagiarism right here so it says no matches were found and then also highlight this so make sure you do this before you actually put it into videos because
(12:10) because we don’t want plagiarism uh in our video otherwise we might get a strike so let’s rephrase this completely i mean i’m playing check all of this for plagiarism so make sure you check for plagiarism and also make sure you compare it with the other script so now you just keep going doing this for the rest of the script right here but on top of that you should also add in your own content as well so the way you do that is you can choose one of these options right here so right here you can um write a blog section writing so it’s
(12:43) gonna it’s gonna help you write a blog but we can turn this into a guided meditation section instead of a blog section writing so just choose that option and then i’m going to tell it what to write about so i’m going to say guided meditation i’ll just say that guided meditation for being present and i’ll click on yeah just one variant right here so if i these are the different number of variants so it’s going to give you three different options to choose from actually let me just choose three
(13:17) different variants and click on write so at the bottom here it’s going to write a paragraph for us three different paragraphs and also i forgot to mention this i also lift the creativity on high so the body often knows what to do the mind is isn’t always on board guided meditation is blah blah so this is like a a nice little guided um it’s just telling you what meditation is and all of that so what you need to do is also add this into your own script as well so it’s a completely original script not just a
(13:52) script that’s taken from another video so you’ve used another video as a reference but you didn’t just copy it you rewrote it all into your own words so i’m just going to take this part right here and use that as the second part of the script but usually i would spend a bit more time and actually read through this and make sure that it’s actually a good script as well on top of that you should always check this for plagiarism as well usually 99 percent of the time there’s no plagiarism but just in case make sure
(14:22) you always check for plagiarism so check this one for plagiarism and the last one as well so once this is all done we can turn all of this into a voiceover so i’ve also talked about well said labs quite a bit in previous videos but for this one i’m going to show you how to use a different type of voice that will actually create a nice calming guided meditation voiceover so i’ve used this for all of my guided meditation videos uh it’s just a much calmer voice um and you can also slow it down so it’s
(14:56) actually uh it sounds very human as well so let’s go back to the script right here and i’m going to copy and paste the first three paragraphs right here so this might actually be too many characters so there’s a limit of 800 characters yep so that’s actually all good so let’s hit create so this is the alana option right here so if you go to wellsaidlabs.

(16:24) process to happen on its own this exercise will require you to focus your attention on a specific body part focus on the top of head and scalp and feel any sensations happening in this area you may feel tingling or heat throbbing or soft vibrations it’s possible you’ll feel strong sensations as well as these other responses as well so that’s it so that sounds really good so it’s a nice calming voice all we need to do is kind of slow it down and also kind of um uh kind of spread this out throughout
(16:59) the video so instead of just not just in one all at once we kind of need to spread it throughout the video just like what this video’s done right here so just as i’m recording as someone’s there’s some construction going on outside so you might hear some uh noises so i apologize for that um so there’s nothing i can do about that so you might hear some noises in the background so let’s carry on so we’ve got the voiceover now so i’m gonna add one more in there so let’s add in
(17:28) yeah i’m gonna add in this sentence in there as well so i’m gonna copy this and i’m going to paste that all in here and click on create so it’s going to create that and we’re going to bind those both together so when you have two different voiceovers and when you bind them together it’s going to give you the option to kind of slow it down and kind of talk in a more slow tempo so let me just allowing the muscles in your neck to relax take a deep breath so that sounds good i’m not going to listen to that
(17:57) whole thing but what we’re going to do is click on both of these voiceovers right here and we’re going to click on combine and right here i’m just going to call this guided meditation and it says there’s a few options here so there’s natural long so i’m going to click on long so i’m not sure what this will actually sound like but it’s going to kind of spread the voice over and make it a bit slower so that you’ll see what i mean soon so this might not sound good i usually just

(18:57) sure you kind of slow it down and make sure it sounds exactly like you wanted to like exactly like a guided meditation video before you actually download it but i’m actually happy with this it actually sounds good as it is so i’m going to hit download so that’s good so we’ve got the voiceover now now we need to add in some calming music in the background so for this i’m going to go to sounddraw.

(20:55) all you need to do and the music will be and will be created for you so this software is amazing and i’ve never seen anything like it before we always had to worry about copyright music in our videos but with this we don’t have to worry about that anymore we can just let the ai crave for us so these so it doesn’t just create you one song it creates you all of these different songs right here so let’s play on the first one so that’s a bit too much that doesn’t sound like a calming voice i’m calming

(22:46) here so if you don’t know what pixels.com is this is this has a bunch of free videos and a bunch of free photos that you can use completely for free so you can use it on your youtube videos on your sales videos anything that you want and you can just it’s all really good high quality videos so i’m going to download a few of these right here so i’m going to click on free download and you can donate to the user if you wanted to click on download again click on download on this one so depending on how long your video is
(23:21) you need to download the exact amount that you need so i’ve got a few right here all ready to go so i’ve got the videos uh let’s see if this is done so yep so this is done right here so that’s the music all done ready to go and we’ve got the voiceover and we’ve got a bunch of clips that we can add so now we’re going to put it all together into a video in nvvideo.

(24:14) free ones that you can use um things like imovie or any other video editor so i’m going to upload this so upload the voiceover upload the music that we created and all of these little clips that we downloaded from pixels.com so first thing i’ll do is i’ll just close this right here i’m going to add in two audio tracks so first one we need the audio for the voiceover and we also need the audio track for the background music as well so if i click on this little plus icon it’s going to give me an option so i can
(24:45) add a video video track or an audio track so in this case i need an audio track and i’ll click on that so you can see right here there’s audio one and two so i’ll go to the guided meditation voiceover right here i’m gonna click and drag that welcome to welcome to this moment was this i’m going to click and drag that into the audio section right here so it looks good and this one so let me just uh where was the music that we just downloaded was it this one yeah i think it was this one so i’ll
(25:19) just download take this one and i’ll put this at the bottom so i want the audio to be on the background music to be quite low because i don’t want it to be too loud i don’t want it to be louder than voiceover so let’s add that there then we’re going to add in some clips from the pixels so i’m just going to simply click and drag these little clips right here and i’ll add this one in here as well so now let’s hit play and let’s see how all of this sounds welcome to this moment of calm

(26:28) so that sounds really good so i’m actually quite happy with that but what we need to do is kind of clip all of the voice over and actually make it spread spread out throughout the video so right when it says things like close your eyes and focus on this moment so when it says close your eyes and focus on this moment i want i wanted to cut right here so let me just choose this part right here i’ll trim it right here and now i’ll spread it maybe um 20 seconds or yeah 30 seconds into the video so let me
(27:02) just zoom out of the timeline right here and then yeah maybe i’ll put it right here then i’ll hit play again allowing yourself to settle in and memorize the feeling of being mindful right now so i’ll hit trim right here so maybe i’ll put that part a bit more for the back actually and maybe i’ll start from here again at 30 seconds let your breath flow freely as it enters and exits your body inhale deeply letting the breath settle before it leaves your body so i’ll cut it right there again
